Saved family context stays encrypted on your iPhone. New AI requests send only the minimum text needed to produce that response.
What stays on your iPhone
The people you add, their history, your notes, and saved Plans stay encrypted on your iPhone. Raw audio, private notes, and unselected history are not sent to the AI service.
What is processed remotely
When you ask Nestoa for new help, the minimum text needed for that request is processed transiently by Nestoa and its contracted AI provider. Saved profile labels are replaced before sending, but text you type may still contain identifying details.
What we do not do
Nestoa does not sell your data, use it for advertising, or allow provider training on it. Nestoa keeps limited technical records to confirm access, prevent misuse, and fix failures. Those records do not contain your full family history.
AI can still get things wrong
AI responses can still be incomplete or wrong. Written guides, safety checks, confirmation, and response checks reduce the risk, but important decisions still need human judgment and, when appropriate, a qualified professional.
