What is free?
One complete situation—from describing the problem through a usable Plan—plus one follow-up about the same situation.
How billing works
Apple processes payment. The price and billing terms shown in the App Store purchase sheet are authoritative. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Can I keep my saved information?
Canceling does not erase the people, history, or Plans saved on your iPhone. You can review or delete that information in Nestoa. New paid help becomes unavailable after the current billing period ends.
