How guidance is built
How Nestoa’s guidance is created and reviewed
Nestoa does not ask a general chatbot to improvise. Each supported situation has a written guide, clear safety boundaries, and a required Plan format.
What a guide contains
For each situation, we define the questions Nestoa should ask, the kinds of next steps it may suggest, words that may help, when it must stop, and when to point you to professional or emergency support.
How review works
Olea Ahmann, RP, owns and reviews Nestoa’s family-caregiving guidance for tone, scope, usefulness, and safety. Claims about medicine, law, finance, or local services are checked against authoritative sources. Questions that require individualized professional judgment stay outside Nestoa’s scope.
How we test it
Before release, we test common, ambiguous, urgent, and out-of-scope requests. We check whether the app invents facts, sounds more certain than the evidence allows, or suggests something unsafe. Guidance that fails is changed or turned off.
